Presence+ · For coaches

Coach the whole person — faith included, with proof it's working.

Everything your coaching platform does — scheduling, payments, programs, a native client app — plus what it can't: faith content your clients can opt into, a clinical safety net behind you, and validated outcome measurement.

Founding coaches: first year free · founding rate locked for life

Part one · Parity

Everything you run today, runs here.

Paperbell, CoachAccountable, Practice Better, Quenza, Nudge — they're good tools. For the core coaching workflow, Presence+ does what they do:

  • Scheduling & booking
  • Packages & client payments (Stripe)
  • Group coaching & cohorts
  • Programs & courses (LMS)
  • Sell your own courses
  • Native client mobile app (iOS & Android)
  • Tasks, worksheets & trackers
  • Intake forms & e-sign contracts
  • Video & voice sessions
  • Secure messaging
  • White-label & custom branding

Who coaches here

Five coaching focuses come through the door.

The platform's coach intake covers life coaching, health and wellness, career and vocation, bereavement, and substance recovery. Each one leans on a different part of the platform.

Life coaching

Goals, habit tracking, and daily reminders live in the client app, so the work you assign on Tuesday is still in front of your client on Friday.

Health & wellness

Trackers and scheduled check-ins carry the plan between sessions, inside the same app your clients message you from.

Career & vocation

Intake forms, worksheets, and structured programs suit work that moves in stages rather than open-ended weekly calls.

Bereavement

Grief keeps its own hours. Journaling, with optional daily Scripture and prayer, gives a grieving client something to hold at two in the morning as well as in session.

Substance recovery

Recovery coaching depends on clear scope. You support the daily work, and when clinical care is needed a licensed clinician is one in-platform referral away.

Built around your sessions

A session, from booking to follow-through.

The platform is organized the way a coaching engagement actually runs: what happens before the session, in it, and after it.

Before the session

The logistics clear out early.

Booking that syncs itself

Clients book in the app and the appointment lands on both calendars automatically. No email chains about Tuesday versus Thursday.

Intake before the first hello

Intake forms and e-sign contracts go out ahead of time, so the first minutes of a first session go to the person rather than the paperwork.

Payment settled up front

Packages and per-session payments run through Stripe. The money conversation happens once, at signup.

During the session

Your attention stays on the client.

Meet them where they are

Sessions run over video or voice in the app, in person, or asynchronously by secure message — whatever the client's week allows.

Transcription, if you want it

Turn on transcription and the session is captured and stored securely, so you aren't splitting attention with a notepad.

A minute for the measures

Open with the Outcome Rating Scale and close with the Session Rating Scale. Each takes under a minute, and the client sees the results too.

After the session

The follow-through goes home with them.

Notes drafted, yours to sign off

AI notetaking drafts the session note on your template, or write it yourself. Either way you review it, and it stays yours.

The work between sessions

Assign tasks, worksheets, and program modules in the app — alongside the client's own journaling and habit tracking.

A trend you can both see

Each session's scores join the client's trend line, and the next session starts from what the line shows.

Part two · The difference

And then, what they can't do.

Five things the purpose-built coach tools don't offer — because they require a faith worldview, a clinical network, or an outcome-science heritage those tools don't have.

Native faith content

Daily Scripture, Vespers, prayer, meditation, and journaling ship with the client app. If you're bolting faith content onto a generic coach tool by hand today, this is the reason to move. And every faith feature is optional and opt-out, client by client.

A clinical safety net behind you

The moment something exceeds your scope, refer your client up to a licensed clinician — inside the same platform, with scope training behind it. No standalone coach tool gives you a clinical backstop.

Proof your coaching works

Most coach tools count activities completed. Presence+ measures whether your client is doing better, with validated instruments — the PCOMS Outcome and Session Rating Scales. Evidence you can show a returning client or an organization deciding whether to hire you.

AI notetaking & transcription

Sessions transcribed automatically; notes drafted from your templates, yours to review and edit. Documentation depth most coach tools don't have.

Insurance billing & superbills

In-house insurance billing and superbills — for coaches who also offer billable services, or who plan to grow toward licensure.

Outcomes

What the measures are, in plain terms.

Presence+ uses PCOMS — two short, validated scales. Neither requires training to answer, and neither is a test your client can fail.

The Outcome Rating Scale

Four marks at the start of a session: how the past week went personally, in close relationships, socially, and overall. It takes the client about a minute.

The Session Rating Scale

Four marks at the end: did the client feel heard, did you work on what they wanted, did the approach fit, and how the session was overall. Feedback while there's still time to act on it.

Most coach tools report activity — sessions held, worksheets returned, streaks kept. Activity measures engagement with the tool. A client can complete every assignment and still be doing worse, and a client who ignores half the worksheets can be thriving. The ORS asks about the client's life rather than their homework.

And when the trend line goes flat, that's worth knowing early. A flat line is something to bring into the session: ask what isn't landing, adjust the approach, or — if the pattern points past coaching — refer up to a licensed clinician on the platform. Finding that out in week four beats finding it out in month six.

Cross-Connect · A Presence+ signature feature

How your practice reaches parishes, campuses, and dioceses.

Cross-Connect lets the head of any organization on the platform — a pastor, a chaplain, an administrator — welcome spiritual directors, therapists, and coaches from any practice on the platform into their community's app, a whole practice at a time or one provider at a time.

For your practice, that's a channel no generic coach tool has: an organization's leader can welcome your whole practice or individual coaches, so being on the platform puts you in front of communities that already share your view of the person.

How organizations curate their circle

Making the move

Moving your practice.

Switching tools is the reason most coaches stay put. Here is the whole move.

1

Set up in an afternoon

Create your practice, connect your calendar and your Stripe account, set your packages, and load your intake forms. One sitting.

2

Invite your clients

Each client gets the app — sessions, messages, worksheets, and their own journal in one place. The relationship stays yours; the platform carries it.

3

Keep the old tool for archives

There's no forced migration of past records. Leave the archive where it is, run new work here, and cancel the old subscription whenever you stop opening it.

See your seat

A coach's dashboard.

This is a live, scrollable preview of the coach's seat: the morning view, goals and streaks across the caseload, ORS/SRS tracking, booking forms, packages, payouts — and the built-in referral path when a client's scores say coaching is the wrong tool. Scroll around — it's the real design.

Questions

What coaches ask us

I already pay for a coaching tool. Why switch?

For the core workflow — scheduling, payments, programs, client app — Presence+ does what your current tool does. The difference is what your current tool can't do: faith content your clients can opt into, a clinical safety net, validated outcome measurement, and AI notes. Founding coaches get their first year free, so trying it costs you nothing.

What does it cost?

Coach plans run $49–149 per month with a 10% discount for annual billing, and founding coaches get year one free with their founding rate locked for life. That covers your whole practice plus a client app your people open every day.

Do my clients need to be Catholic?

No. Every faith feature is optional and opt-out. You choose what fits each client — full faith integration, or the coaching tools alone.

Is coaching on the platform HIPAA-covered?

Coaching by itself usually isn't a HIPAA-covered service — HIPAA binds covered entities such as licensed clinicians, and most coaches aren't one. The platform is built to that standard anyway: storage, messaging, video, transcription, AI use, and notes are all HIPAA compliant, and every account sits behind secure two-factor authentication. Your clients' data gets clinical-grade handling whether or not the law requires it of you.

Can I run groups or cohorts?

Yes. Group sessions run in the app over video, voice, or messaging, and programs let you take a cohort through the same sequence of content and worksheets together.

What happens when a client needs more than coaching?

You refer them up to a licensed clinician inside the platform — with their consent, and without losing the relationship. That's the stepped-care safety net, and it protects both your client and your practice.

How hard is it to move?

Set up in an afternoon. Invite clients in a few clicks — they get the app, you keep the relationship. Keep your old tool around for archives while you start fresh here.
