Frequently asked
Do session credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Buy a batch when it suits you and use them at whatever pace your caseload actually runs — there's no clock and no use-it-or-lose-it.
Is there a monthly minimum or subscription?
No. Presence+ clinical tools are priced per session, not per month. If you see four clients one week and none the next, you pay for four sessions. The Core workspace is free regardless.
Can I cancel anytime?
There's nothing to cancel — no subscription, no contract for individual clinicians. Stop using credits whenever you like, and they'll still be there if you come back. Unused credits are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Can I switch between Standard, Plus, and Pro?
Yes. The tier is a per-session choice, not a lock-in. Run Plus for your therapy caseload and Standard for brief check-ins, or move up to Pro when the admin season gets heavy.
Do I have to leave my current EHR?

Who can see my notes and my clients' PHI?
The clinical relationship. All storage, messaging, transcription, AI use, and notes are HIPAA compliant, access is protected by secure two-factor authentication, and clinical data is walled off from operational data architecturally — not as a policy promise. Pastors and parish staff never see clinical records.
How do referrals from mentors and coaches actually work?
Presence+ runs on stepped care. Volunteer mentors, coaches, and spiritual directors are trained to know their scope, and when a person needs clinical care they refer up. You review the referral, accept the client, and the relationship starts inside the same HIPAA-compliant platform. When a client plateaus or completes clinical work, you can step them back down to accompaniment instead of discharging them to nothing.
How do I get paid?
Client payments run through your linked Stripe account inside the app. Your session credits, meanwhile, are a practice expense — typically tax deductible, like the rest of your tooling.
